Single Selective Pallet flow racking

Selective pallet flow racking is a high-density, gravity-driven storage solution designed to maximize vertical space and streamline pallet handling. It combines the accessibility of selective racking with the efficiency of pallet flow systems, allowing pallets to move smoothly on inclined roller lanes from loading to picking positions using gravity.

Ideal for both FIFO and LIFO operations, this system is suitable for high-SKU inventory or perishable goods, ensuring quick access to individual pallets while boosting efficiency and reducing handling time.

Our Selective Pallet Flow Racks are compatible with industry-standard teardrop-style uprights, offering 2” beam height adjustments and fast, secure installation, making them a versatile, adjustable, and reliable solution for warehouses of all sizes.

Key Benefits
  • Maximizes storage capacity with fewer aisles
  • Supports FIFO and LIFO inventory rotation
  • Speeds up loading, unloading, and retrieval
  • Reduces forklift travel time
  • Minimizes handling damage
  • Modular and scalable system
Use When
  • FIFO or LIFO inventory rotation is required
  • High-density pallet storage is a priority
  • Reducing forklift travel time is critical
  • Fast pallet turnover is needed
  • Minimizing product handling is important
  • Efficient pallet storage and quick access are essential

Carton Flow Racking

Carton flow racking is a gravity-fed storage system designed to maximize picking efficiency and product organization. Cartons, totes, or individual items are loaded from the back and glide forward on inclined lanes, ensuring automatic replenishment as products are picked from the front.

Ideal for fast-moving products and high-SKU inventory, carton flow systems can increase storage density by up to 60% while reducing floor space requirements by at least 22%. The system maintains product organization with dedicated lanes that consistently present boxes to the picker, speeding up order fulfillment and lowering labor costs.

Key Benefits
  • Ideal for FIFO stock rotation
  • Reduces shelf time and prevents aging stock
  • Improves product visibility for faster identification
  • Minimizes handling and reduces labor strain
  • Saves space and increases storage density
  • Boosts picking efficiency and speeds up order fulfillment
Use When
  • Fast-moving item picking is required
  • Maximizing SKU storage in limited space is a priority
  • FIFO stock rotation is necessary
  • Reducing labor costs and increasing pick speed matters
  • Product visibility and organization are important
  • Picking involves split-case or carton handling, not full pallets

Pallet Flow Racking

Heavy-duty skate wheel lanes are installed in pallet rack, set on a slope which allow palletized loads to flow forward for picking. The high-density storage configuration utilizes less aisle space and the forklift never enters the racking system.

Pallet flow systems can be loaded from the front or rear of the system and product flows forward. These systems are typical around lower SKU count applications where bulk storage is more important.

Key Benefits
  • Ideal for FIFO Stock rotation
  • Offers High Density Storage for Palletized Product
  • Eliminates the Number of Aisles needed over traditional layouts
  • Forklifts don’t enter the rack, maintenance as a result of damage is reduced
Use When
  • High Density Storage of Palletized Product is needed
  • The need to save space is more important than selectivity
  • Ideal for Maintaining FIFO (if Loaded from the Back with Forward Flow)
  • Reduce & limit product handling
  • Stage Loads in Designated Aisles for Shipment

Pushback Racking

There are two types of Push Back Systems available. We offer a dedicated “Cart” or Gravity Roller Lane design. These systems work by placing palletized loads on a series of nesting carts, pallets pushed back into the storage system and fed forward by gravity on sturdy structural steel rails when product is needed. The first pallet rests on the top cart, the second pallet pushes the pallet backwards, additional pallets rest on nested carts and continue pushing the product back.

Multiple pick facings for a variety of palletized SKUs can be stored and retrieved in any particular lane that needs access.

Key Benefits
  • Low profile nesting carts for more storage area
  • LIFO – Last-In-First-Out Stock Rotation
  • Scalable & Simple to Use
  • Automatic pick face auto replenished, no waiting
Use When
  • A lower cost solution to flow pallets affordably
  • Push back is a more versatile storage solution than Drive In systems
  • Cart designs can be made to accommodate standard or special size pallets
  • Storage density for up to 6 pallets deep flowing with the use of gravity

Structural Racking

Structural Racks are designed with high-strength structural C-Channel Steel. We still utilize 3″ or 4″ upright columns—capacity determines which upright and beam channel is used. Structural is a fully bolted design, beams and pallet cross bars all “Bolt-In” to the round punched hole design.

We typically like to use structural racking for Drive-In/ Drive Thru, Push back and Flow Systems for a positive locking connection. Structural rack is often the choice in Cold Storage environments. A full line of product add-on accessories for safety and durability are also available.

Key Benefits
  • Strong and Durable
  • Fully Bolted Design for Security & Safety
  • Long Term ROI
  • Lower Maintenance Costs from Forklift Impact
Use When
  • High Strength Steel is Required
  • Preventing against forklift abuse is needed
  • Moving / Storing Heavy Palletized Loads with High Turn Rates
  • Durability is preferred over cost

Cantilever Pallet Racking

Ideal storage for storing long or heavy items such as: pipe, steel bundles, furniture or lumber. We offer options for small shop storage to large warehouse storage needs or outdoor units with partial roof coverage. Cantilever can be single sided or double sided, 500 to 2,000 lbs. per arm level capacity.

Uprights can be placed on specific center to center spacing to accommodate any type of storage needs.

There are many cantilever arm lengths and styles available from straight to incline with removable pipe sockets for loose product containment.

Key Benefits
  • Fully customizable storage for long length storage needs
  • Capacities to meet all storage needs
  • Arm lengths and styles offer endless options
  • Center to center spacing allows for maximized storage and handling
Use When
  • Long length product storage is needed to support the product
  • Outdoor or indoor storage for raw goods or lumber is needed
  • Designed to manage varying product lengths and make accessible
  • The need to minimize handling and damage in stored location is essential
