TURN YOUR UNUSED VERTICAL SPACE INTO PROFITABLE STORAGE SPACE
Single-level Mezzanines are the most common mezzanines and are designed with a standard column layout, 3-rail handrail, slide gates, and stairs. Steel shelving is used underneath in single and back-to-back rows for picking and stocking access. The slide gate on the deck level offers a way for a product to be lifted on and off the mezzanine as needed with a forklift. Single level mezzanines are designed to span over the top of traditional carton flow and shelving to create a pick module.
The mezzanine deck level offers additional floor space to add carton flow and shelving directly above the existing system to increase capacity, utilize personnel or conveyor within this zone.
